Allow Use of Refresh Token with oAuth in Grafana
As a Platform lead
I want to be able to set the <use_refresh_token> parameter when using oAuth with grafana
so that I no longer have to login to grafana each time I use it. This saves our developers a few minutes of time each day and reduces cognitive load
