Retrieve maintenance window custom status
As a customer
I want to be able to know if a defined maintenance window has been customized or not. By default, Aiven sets a random window for each newly created service, but it can't be always ideal for business services. The idea would be to know if the maintenance window has been tweaked from random value to send recommendations - as a customer organization administrator - to our users to encourage them to set a custom maintenance window according to their operational constraints.
