Improve service notifications
As a customer, I want system service notifications to be provided through alternative mechanisms, e.g., webhooks, API, console notifications, etc., as the current system of email notifications often go unnoticed or get caught in spam filters, and we are caught unprepared.

Also, email notifications at times are generic and hence not actionable.

It would be great if service notifications had more detailed information in the subject line. This way some categories of notifications can be more easily ignored with filtering rules.
Examples:
* "[Aiven] [WARNING] [Connectors] Your service <service name> needs attention."
* "[Aiven] [WARNING] [Connectors] [Configuration] Your service <service name> needs attention." -

This would be very helpful for us to get better alerting and only be informed when there is a real issue

Also being able to have setting in order to receive notifications at service level, not at project level. As a user Im not interested to receive notifications on all services

this would be very important for us as we are receiving notifications very often and false positives are always a dangerous because people start to ignore them after some time
