    I think that equally important is to get the tags from Kafka topics onto prometheus metrics that describe a topic, i. e. not only Aiven Service tags, but all tags.

    So that
    * a tag on a project is set on all prometheus metrics
    * a tag on a service overrides the ones from the project
    * a tag on a topic overrides the ones from the service/project
