I want to limit the scope that the customer can see in order to give a cleaner panel with fewer menu options

In the Grafana UI disable/remove the ability for users with the Viewer role to see or access the following menu items:

Administration
Connections
Alerting
An even better solution would be to completely disable the ability for Viewer users to open the left-side menu.
