Add Delta Lake connector for Apache Kafka Connect
As a Data Architect,
I want to be able to read and write from the Delta Lake table format (Databricks) so that we can simplify and improve our current data platform.
In addition, with the Delta Lake Kafka Connector, we can increase the usage of Aiven products in our current architecture.
