A toggle to switch on/off basic auth login on dashboard
As platform engineer
I want to be able to enable/disable basic auth login on my OpenSearch dashboard
so that I can improve the security of OpenSearch dashboard which is set up with Single Sign-On.
This is already supported by OpenSearch, ref. https://opensearch.org/docs/latest/security/configuration/multi-auth/

Not being able to diable the basic auth is currently blocking our roll-out of the opensearch securityplugin
