As a application developer or DevOps engineer,
I want to have the capability to run Search query across all of my OpenSearch clusters
so that I can reduce the complexity in running multiple queries and combine the result together.

In addition, I am now being more flexible in architecting my infrastructure to split big OS cluster into smaller ones.
