Enable MySQL interface for Aiven for ClickHouse
As an architect looking to evolve my current infrastructure,
I want to be able to access ClickHouse using the MySQL wire protocol,
so that I can ease my migration and integration with current critical systems using MySQL internally.

It's worth noting for clarity, that even with this interface, not all MySQL queries will work without some adaptation when using this interface. Some effort will be required to alter MySQL workloads.

Our business unit is investing on TiDB and pairing with Clickhouse using federated queries is a killer combination.
