Support Valkey cluster mode on Aiven
As and Aiven for Valkey user with a large workload and infrastructure,
I want to have a managed in memory database service, that scales taking the advantage of Valkey's new (version 8) cluster mode
so that I can migrate my larger workloads to an Aiven managed service.

+1 from one of my larger customers investigating Valkey as a KeyDB alternative
-
As an Aiven for Valkey user,
I want to be able to run a distributed implementation of Aiven for Valkey for performance, availability and scalability reasons.

I want to be able to allocate shards/nodes to Aiven for Valkey
 so that I can:
 - Distributes the dataset across multiple nodes, enabling horizontal scalibility.
 - Implement a more cost-effective solution compared to scaling up a single server.
 - Ensure redundancy and replication across multiple nodes, so that if one node fails, the system can continue to operate with minimal impact.
