  1. Quota management

    As a plattform engineer
    I want to have an API endpoint to manage service node quotas
    so that I can know when a change will be blocked and reach out to support ahead of time.
    This will avoid problems when the automatic service node quota is not working, blocking creation of new services.

  2. Cloud and region availability policy

    As a cloud architect, team lead or CISO
    I want to restrict the clouds and regions in which data services can be spinned up
    so that I can account for compliance risks, optimize costs and improve latency between data services and applications.

  3. Increase Tag per Service Limit

    Services and Projects have a hard limit of 10 tags.

    This limit is too low for some automation and monitoring, where multiple tags for ownership and governance may be required.

  4. Rename project without shutting down all services

    As an administrator
    I want to be able to rename a project without shutting down all my services
    so that I can have the desired project name without downtime.

    Sometimes users make mistakes in naming a project or they want the project name to be more accurately reflective of the application or team. Currently this requires shutting down all the services which is not a viable solution for many customers, especially if the services are already in production.
